Want to be a Site Manager?

At this time,  if you are interested in becoming a Site Manager for the 2011 Miami-Dade Coastal Cleanup, please email Sunny Middleton at smiddleton@robertallenlaw.com with your full name, phone number, email address, and the location for the cleanup.  You will receive a reply with the additional information.

 

As a Site Manager you are the lead contact and organizer for your coastal cleanup and this is a fantastic and rewarding leadership opportunity. You will receive online access to the Site Manager Manual, online tools for organizing a cleanup, and many other valuable resources.

You will also have the added flexibility of planning your cleanup to make it look and feel however you want, and even invite whomever you would like to participate.

  • Your cleanup can include a group of friends, family, colleagues or even the entire community. It’s up to you!
  • Your cleanup can be a couple of hours or an entire day. It’s up to you!
  • Your cleanup can include fun activities, games, prizes, costumes, food. It’s up to you!

As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities are:

  • selecting the date and location of the cleanup,
  • managing a team of cleanup participants,
  • obtaining cleanup supplies,
  • notifying local municipality,
  • arranging waste disposal, and
  • submitting completed data cards and returning signed Volunteer Release Form.
